We believe in a different kind of “Return On Investment” – a return to nature, a return to women’s health empowerment and a return to a time when life was simpler, with less waste and corporate control on women’s menstrual cycles. Although this may not be the type of return policy you were expecting, it’s a return well worth the investment.

The DivaCup is a personal hygiene medical device and as a result it may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.

Most women manage to have success with The DivaCup on their first try. However, for others it may take a few days, or even a few cycles to find the right fit and comfort level. With a little help from our User Guide, DivaCup Q&As, Tips for Success and our customer care support staff, many women have learned the tricks of the trade and are even empowering other women by sharing their experience on our Your Stories feature and our Facebook and Twitter fan pages.

In our 20 years of experience promoting and developing menstrual cups, we know that with a little patience and practice you too will join the many Divas worldwide that have discovered its many benefits. Just remember, when using something new, it is normal to take some time to adjust to it!

In the rare case that there is a defect in the cup, please contact us within 60 days of purchase. To evaluate the problem, we ask that you email a photo of your cup along with a description of the problem and your receipt to:
