Sales Policy

Orders and Shipping:

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, ShopPay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We reserve the right to change the payment methods we are able to accept at any time.

Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order.

Orders are packed and shipped on business days only. Most orders are delivered within approximately 10 business days from the order date. As we use a third party to deliver orders, delivery times are estimates only. It is possible your order may arrive earlier or later. There may be delays for holidays. Watch for an email from us with tracking information.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at support@divacup.com. Please reference your order confirmation number, and if available, your tracking number.

Shipping Options:

USA – All orders over $35 USD (before applicable taxes) include free standard shipping anywhere the U.S. Postal Service delivers. Orders under $35 USD (before applicable taxes) will be issued a $7.95 USD shipping fee.  We only ship on business days, so if you order on a weekend or holiday, add an extra day (or two) to shipment timing. Don’t forget to check with our retailers in the U.S. listed on our website to see if you can purchase your DivaCup closer to home.

Canada – All orders over $35 CAD (before applicable taxes) include free standard shipping anywhere the Canada Post delivers. Orders under $35 CAD (before applicable taxes) will be issued a $7.95 CAD shipping fee. We only ship on business days, so if you order on a weekend or holiday, add an extra day (or two) to shipment timing. Don’t forget to check with our retailers in the Canada listed on our website to see if you can purchase your DivaCup closer to home.

Duration of Shipping:

Free standard shipping usually takes around 8 days + our handling time of 1-2 days

Order cancellations

Orders that haven’t shipped can be cancelled. Please email support@divacup.com to find out if your order has shipped, and if it has not, our customer service team can provide you instructions on cancelling your order.

Please allow 3-7 business days for a refund to be credited back to you. And note that sometimes when a refund is processed, the purchase may disappear from your statement altogether. Payments and refunds are processed by using the payment method selected at the time of checkout, and may be processed through a third party payment processor.

The DivaCup is a personal hygiene device so, unfortunately, we can’t offer returns, or exchanges. However, if your cup appears to be defective in any way, or after trying it for a few cycles and you’re still having difficulty with your DivaCup, please contact support@divacup.com and they’ll try to help you out.

Remember it can take a little while to get the hang of using a menstrual cup, but we’ve got you! The user guide in the pack, plus the FAQ section and How-To videos on our site are great places to start. And of course, our consumer care team is ready to answer any questions, no matter how intimate; ask away at support@divacup.com.
