Wash
Always wash your hands before inserting or removing your Diva Disc.
The only disc with a Leakproof Shield™ to prevent leaks and messy removal.
Always wash your hands before inserting or removing your Diva Disc.
Stress can tighten your muscles and make for a more difficult experience. So, relax, you’ll get the hang of this in no time.
Lets Dispose of that flow
Removing your menstrual disc can be done in 3 simple steps; hooking onto the anti-slip pull-tab, gently sliding the disc out, and emptying it.
The Diva Disc comes with an anti-slip pull-tab for quick and stress-free removal.
The unique oval-shape prevents rotation during wear, keeping the anti-slip pull-tab in place for an easy removal process.
Start by taking a few deep breaths and relaxing your pelvic muscles to bring your cervix closer to the vaginal opening.
Hook your finger onto the pull-tab to untuck the disc from the pubic bone. Gently slide the disc out, keeping it horizontal to avoid spills.
Empty the contents into the toilet. Cleanse and re-insert.
